235 Pyrmont St is a refurnished warehouse on the doorstep of Sydney CBD. Previously occupied by creative and advertising agencies the developers were looking to attract similar companies to lease their space.

Inspired by science and creativity, an intelligent visual system was created

The logo pays homage to the window arches and the heritage of the building

With an information memorandum stylised in a neutral palette and a visual system of linework and shapes.
